The “Cernobbio Apartments” are located in the brand new Palazzo Filzi, a strategic location 10 minutes walk from the center of Cernobbio and a stone’s throw from the Como Nord motorway exit and the Swiss border. It consists of two apartments of new construction, adjacent, both equipped with every comfort and small garden.

To complete the comfort: air conditioning with differentiated regulation between living and sleeping areas, underfloor heating, outdoor patio, garden, Smart TV in the living room and in the bedrooms, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, underground garage with direct access to the floor of the apartments by lift.
Children are welcome and we provide, upon reservation: cot, changing mat and high chair.
Small pets are allowed upon notice and a small surcharge for final cleaning.
Upon request, cleaning service is provided during the stay, subject to agreement with the managers. The cost of the service is to be considered separately.
Nearby there are: shopping center, bar, launderette, restaurants and pizzerias. The bus stop for Como is in front of the building.
From the apartments it is possible, with a 15-minute walk, to reach the Cernobbio landing stage, from where the boats to Como, Bellagio, Menaggio and the other enchanting towns of the lake that host the famous villas pass.
If you want to organize a trip by car on the lake, the entrance to the Via Regina is adjacent to the Palace.
